Description

Schedule: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, rotating on-call phone

Salary: $74,780 - $78,480 / year (depending upon education / license)

Sign-On Bonus: $4000; $1333 upon completion of 30 days, $1333 upon completion of 6 months, $1334 upon completion of 9 months

The Team Clinician promotes the full integration and functioning of adults with psychiatric conditions by providing person-centered clinical community services. Supporting the Adult Clinical Community Services (ACCS) model, the Team Clinician will work in a community-based setting and perform clinical duties including intake, assessment, treatment planning, and clinical interventions whether the client lives independently in the community, in a Group Living Environment, or a Supported Independent Environment.

The Team Clinician will also be responsible for:

  • Determining needs for rehabilitative services as required.
  • Providing leadership amongst the team by directing the interventions provided by Team Outreach Workers.
  • Overseeing treatment interventions in GLEs/SIEs and modeling appropriate interventions.
  • Training and supporting staff in delivering clinical evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Nursing, or Applied Behavioral Analysis required.
  • LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, BCBA, LADC 1, RN, OTR, or Licensed Psychologist (in a mental health-related discipline) valid in Massachusetts preferred.
  • Clinical experience working with people with psychiatric disabilities and/or co-occurring disorders preferred.
  • Preference given to bilingual/bicultural applicants and applicants with lived experience of psychiatric conditions.
  • Must have access to an operational and insured vehicle and be willing to use it to transport Person Served.
  • All applicants must be able to become CPR, First Aid certified within defined timelines. Trainings are offered by Vinfen upon hire.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age and be able to pass a CORI, driving record, reference, educational, and professional licensure check as well as a multi-state background check.
