Description
Schedule: Mon-Fri 9 am-5 pm; weekend on-call rotation required
Salary: $74,780 - $78,480 / year (depending upon education / license)
Sign-On Bonus: $8000 $2667 upon completion of 30 days, $2667 upon completion of 6 months, $2668 upon completion of 9 months
The Team Clinician promotes the full integration and functioning of adults with psychiatric conditions by providing person-centered clinical community services. Supporting the Adult Clinical Community Services (ACCS) model, the Team Clinician will work in a community-based setting and perform clinical duties including intake, assessment, treatment planning, and clinical interventions whether the client lives independently in the community, in a Group Living Environment or a Supported Independent Environment.
