Job summary

The GARRETT GROUP is seeking a Team Chief (TC) Training Specialist for NAOC. This role focuses on preparing Team Chiefs for multi-functional responsibilities within the Battle Staff and requires active security clearance. The position is contingent upon award of contract.

Responsibilities include delivering initial and recurring training, cross-functional orientation, and supporting integrated training for full Battle Staff certification, under a mission-driven team committed to excellence.

Qualifications

• Prior NAOC Battle Staff leadership experience preferred.
• Broad expertise spanning WO, EA, COMM, SOPS, COPS, Intelligence roles.
• Active TS/SCI/SAP clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver initial and recurring Team Chief training.

• Evaluate leadership and operational readiness.
