The GARRETT GROUP is seeking a Strategic Operations Instructor for NAOC at Offutt AFB, NE. The role trains SOPS personnel, including Presidential Strike Advisor functions, and supports NAOC strategic operations processes.

Ideal candidates bring NAOC SOPS experience, nuclear command and control familiarity (NMCS/NPES), and relevant experience at USSTRATCOM or NMCS. An active TS/SCI clearance is required.

Qualifications

• NAOC SOPS processes expertise is required.
• Familiarity with NMCS/NPES concepts in nuclear command and control.
• Experience at USSTRATCOM or NMCS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train SOPS personnel including Presidential Strike Advisor functions.
• Provide certification, evaluation, and operational coaching.
• Develop SOPS NPES exercises and scenario content.
• Support Joint Staff and national-level exercise planning.
