Job summary

The GARRETT GROUP is seeking a Strategic Operations (SOPS) Instructor for NAOC to support mission-critical training programs. This position is for future work that is contingent upon award of contract.

The role trains SOPS personnel, providing certification, evaluation, and operational coaching, and develops NPES exercises while supporting Joint Staff and national-level exercise planning. A background in NMCS/NPES and experience at USSTRATCOM are required.

Qualifications

• Nuclear command and control familiarity (NMCS, NPES).
• Relevant experience at USSTRATCOM or NMCS.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and recurring SOPS training.
• Provide certification, evaluation, and operational coaching.
• Develop SOPS NPES practical exercises and scenario content.
• Support Joint Staff and national-level exercise planning.
