Job summary

Ruan Transportation Management Systems is seeking a Team CDL Truck Driver in La Crosse, WI to support our Target account with no-touch freight, steady miles, and a reliable schedule.

Earn about $246,700 per team annually (roughly $123,350 per driver) with mile-based pay, plus a $50 weekly safety bonus. Be home weekly with consecutive days off and enjoy a benefits package including health, dental, 401(k) and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 22 years old.
• No more than three moving violations in the past three years.
• No more than one DOT recordable preventable accident in the last three years.
• With DOT Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse, create a profile before hire.
• 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past three years.
• Must be able to read and speak English sufficiently.
• Earn 80 hours of vacation after one year.
• Paid holidays, paid time off and strong benefits.
• 401(k) with company match after one year of service.

Responsibilities

• No-touch freight on the Target account.
• Home weekly with a consistent schedule and days off.
• Operate newer Freightliner Sleeper Cab with required amenities.
• Follow safety and regulatory requirements and report incidents.
• Participate in benefits and time-off programs as described.
