Job summary

Ruan is seeking drivers to support a dedicated Target account with no-touch freight. The role offers a schedule that keeps you home weekly, with options such as Thursday-Monday or Friday-Tuesday shifts, starting evenings. Equipment includes newer Freightliner sleepers, with an onsite shop for maintenance.

Comprehensive benefits are provided after 30 days of employment. Qualified candidates must be 22+, have a Class A CDL, and meet DOT requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 22 years or older.
• No more than three moving violations in the past three years (some restrictions apply).
• No more than one DOT recordable preventable accident in the last three years.
• With the DOT's Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse, create a profile before hire.
• 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past three years.
• Must be able to read and speak English sufficiently to converse with the public and understand highway signs.

Responsibilities

• Drive for Target account with no-touch freight.
• Operate newer Freightliner Sleeper Cab and perform basic vehicle checks.
• Maintain safety, compliance, and on-time performance.
• Be home weekly with a consistent schedule and weekly time-off patterns.
