Job summary

AAA Cooper Transportation, Inc. is seeking Team Drivers to move freight across multi-regional routes, averaging 5,000+ miles per week. This full-time position offers comprehensive benefits and earnings aligned with regional driving norms.

You will operate CDL-equipped trailers, maintain compliance, and support operational efficiency while representing the company professionally on the road.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Class A CDL with hazmat and double/triple endorsements.
• 21 years or older; pass DOT pre-employment drug screen and DOT physical.
• One year driving experience; passes ACT road test.
• Adhere to all DOT/state/federal regulations and company policies.
• Read, write, speak and understand English well.

Responsibilities

• Perform safe and legal operation of commercial motor vehicles.
• Check shipping papers to ensure loads comply with regulations.
• Maintain records required for compliance with regulations.
• Develop and maintain professional relations between the company and the public.
• Drive truck to required destinations per federal regulations.
• Ensure shipping documentation is available for inspection.
• Hook and unhook trailers; operate landing gear.
• Inspect equipment for defects and safe condition.
• Fuel trucks and tractors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
