Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Previous retail/customer-facing experience required.
• Previous people leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by anticipating needs and giving clear, accurate product information.
• Support merchandising standards and execute promotions and floor plans.
• Develop 30-60-90 day plans with leadership to meet department goals and budgets.
• Lead and coach teammates; hire, onboard, train and drive performance.
• Enforce safety, loss prevention, policies, and compliance across the store.
