Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail or customer-facing experience.
• Previous people leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in retail leadership is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and budgeting for the department with leadership guidance.
• Schedule and supervise teammates to meet traffic and payroll goals.
