Job summary

Smoothie King is seeking a Brand Ambassador/Shift Leader to help guests meet their fitness and nutrition goals by guiding them to smoothies and retail products that support a healthy lifestyle. The role also provides guidance to team members when the General Manager is not in the store, and the successful shift leader will demonstrate passion for the brand.

You will handle opening and closing duties, cash handling, inventory, and store checklists while ensuring a friendly guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a team member in a restaurant or similar retail/customer service.
• Knowledgeable of general POS functionality.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to give/receive feedback.
• Must be extremely reliable.

Responsibilities

• Blends delicious tasting smoothies.
• Ensures Guest’s purpose is met when smoothies are ordered.
• Greets and engages the Guest to provide a friendly experience
• Properly preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.
• Performs opening and/or closing duties.

• Shows up on time and ready to work.
• Lives and promotes the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King
• Assists in Team Member management throughout shifts.
• Fulfills cash handling, inventory, and open/closing store assignments.
