Job summary

Harbor Health is seeking a Board-Certified Family or Internal Medicine Physician to join our Round Rock Northeast location in Round Rock, TX. You will deliver primary care and preventive services as part of a care team redesigning how we approach healthcare—focusing on health outcomes, member experience, and waste reduction rather than traditional productivity metrics.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team, participate in quality improvement, and contribute to developing care protocols

Qualifications

• Current Texas medical license or ability to obtain one.
• Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Current DEA and CPR certification.
• Valid Texas Driver's License.
• Ability to meet credentialing and privileging requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality primary and preventive care in person, via telehealth, and by phone.
• Manage a patient panel with focus on population health and outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to design care protocols.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance outcomes and experience.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and use data-driven insights for decisions.
• Contribute to clinical workflows and team-based care processes.
• Engage in professional development and evidence-based practice discussions.
