Job summary

The Noblesville Boom Team Attendant program seeks professional, hardworking individuals to join our in-person, game-day team based in Noblesville, Indiana. Attendants rotate through roles such as court setup, locker room prep, and equipment handling to support players and game operations.

Candidates should be able to arrive three hours before tip-off, maintain professionalism on duty, and demonstrate a courteous, team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience in organized basketball is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to arrive at least three hours before game time for preparation.
• Demonstrates professionalism and focus while on duty.
• Shows commitment to serving others in a courteous, team-oriented manner.

Responsibilities

• Set up the court and locker rooms (pre-game).
• Load in/out the Visiting Team.
• Sweep and wipe the court floor.
• Distribute water, towels, and warm-ups during timeouts.
• Fold warm-ups and towels.
• Assist with laundry needs.
• Rebound for players before the game and during halftime.
• Post-game court and locker room breakdown.
• Other duties as assigned.

Basketball enthusiasts, ages 18 and up, may apply to become a member of the Noblesville Boom Team Attendant program. Our program has a reputation as one of the best in the G-League, and we are looking for professional, hardworking, and enthusiastic people to join our team!

Location Requirement

This position is based in Noblesville, Indiana and requires in-person work at The Arena at Innovation Mile.

Essential Duties / Responsibilities

• Team attendants rotate among many different roles, including but not limited to:
  • Setting up the court and locker rooms (pre-game)
  • Loading In/Out the Visiting Team
  • Sweeping and wiping the court floor
  • Distributing water, towels, and warm-ups during timeouts
  • Folding warm-ups and towel
  • Assisting with laundry needs
  • Rebounding for players before the game and during halftime
  • Post-game court and locker room breakdown
• Other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience
