Job summary

Siemens is seeking an experienced Team Assistant to be based in Wendell, NC, providing comprehensive support to Operations teams. The role covers travel planning, complex scheduling, onboarding/offboarding, and IT equipment support, among other administrative duties.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized with strong communication skills, capable of assisting executives and coordinating with procurement and IT teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Advanced PC proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Instant Messaging, and Social Media outlets.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities

  • Manage administrative areas for management team, including travel coordination, meeting planning and coordination, facility events, complex scheduling, and general office management.
  • Manage on-boarding and offboarding for the operations, quality, and procurement teams.
  • Purchase indirect materials as needed.
  • Assist employees with re-imaging of IT equipment as well as training/helping them navigate Siemens tools
  • Directly support division executive management leads with administrative support for meeting planning, appointments, travel, equipment, etc.
  • Utilize corporate e-tools for booking travel, processing expenses, ordering supplies and purchase orders.
  • Compose and edit complex memos, reports, presentations, correspondence, organizational charts and other documents as needed.
  • Assist with bi-weekly payroll.
  • Event logistics to support site events.
  • Manage resources needed for employees (uniforms, lockers, etc.).
  • Performs other duties and participates in special projects as assigned.

About Smart Infrastructure – Electrification and Automation

We are looking for a Experienced Team Assistant. This position will be based in Wendell, NC.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Team Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Operations teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for helping others succeed.

Basic Qualifications


  • Advanced PC proficiency in software applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Instant Messaging, and Social Media outlets

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
