Job summary

Qualified Staffing is seeking dependable Team Assembly Associates to support mattress and bed-in-a-box production in a fast-paced facility in Mississippi. You will handle materials of varying weights and work on a line with teammates to meet daily production goals.

Candidates must be able to lift, stand for long periods, and pass safety and quality standards. Overtime may be required; benefits include healthcare, vacation/holiday pay, and 401K.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move heavy materials regularly.
• Comfortable with physical labor and standing for long periods.
• Reliable transportation and good attendance.
• Manufacturing or assembly experience is required.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Qualified Staffing is seeking dependable and hardworking Team Assembly Associates to assist in the production of mattresses and bed-in-a-box products. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and handling materials of varying weights throughout the shift.

Schedule

1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Monday – Friday; Saturday

Pay

$13.50 per hour

• Lift, push, pull, and move materials throughout the production process
• Follow safety and quality standards at all times
• Work efficiently with team members to meet production goals
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
