Job summary

Automation Personnel Services is seeking dependable Assembly Associates to join our production team. This position is responsible for assembling products, components, and materials according to company specifications while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Hours are 6:00 am to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. OT is available and required. Pay rate is $14.00–$15.00 per hour. Location: Zip Code 77306. Job Type: Full-time, Temp to Hire.

Qualifications

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to follow instructions in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products and components using hand and power tools.
• Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and assembly guidelines.
• Inspect completed products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Package and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Report production issues or material shortages to supervisors.
• Meet daily production and efficiency goals.

Automation Personnel Services is seeking dependable and motivated Assembly Associates to join our production team. This position is responsible for assembling products, components, and materials according to company specifications while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Pay Rate: $14.00 – $15.00 per hour
