The Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado Boulder seeks an Assistant Teaching Professor in the Social Responsibility and Sustainability Division, starting Spring 2027. The role focuses on teaching across markets, social responsibility, ethics, and critical thinking at undergraduate and possibly graduate levels, with a strong emphasis on innovative pedagogy.

This two-year contract position offers salary of $90,000 and relocation support.

Qualifications

• Must have a strong academic background with teaching excellence.
• Master’s degree in a related discipline; Doctorate preferred.
• At least one year of university teaching at undergraduate level.

Responsibilities

• Teach courses in markets, social responsibility, business ethics/philosophy, and critical thinking at undergrad and possibly grad levels.
• Develop and refine curricula; collaborate with Leeds Centers and divisions; teach seven sections per year.
• Advise students, participate in departmental service, and support content delivery across sections.
