• PhD in Organizational Behavior or allied field, or near completion with degree obtained before appointment.
• Proven potential to publish in leading management journals.
• Ability to teach organizational behavior and management courses and engage with faculty, students, staff and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Teach courses in organizational behavior and management at undergraduate, masters and/or doctoral levels.
• Conduct high-quality and impactful research, publish in top management journals.
