This role is for someone who brings theological depth, creative engagement, and pastoral warmth to gathering spaces. They are equally invested in developing the next generation of teachers and communicators at Hillside. The Teaching Pastor works closely with the Senior Pastor to shape the annual teaching calendar and ensure that Hillside’s teaching ministry is rooted in Scripture and responsive to the needs of the community.
