BASIS Phoenix South is seeking a Teaching Fellow for an immediate start. This role provides classroom exposure, substitute opportunities, and collaboration with lead teachers to support student learning in a Title I campus.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree, ability to work full time, and willingness to pursue state certification assessments. Candidates should be prepared to support campus programs and student achievement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Identity Verified Prints (IVP) Fingerprint Clearance Card and/or satisfactory state background check.
• Ability to work full time.
• Willingness to take and pass the NES Elementary Education Assessment, if necessary
• Willingness to be considered for other campuses other than the original desired campus
• Willingness to acquire and maintain BASIS Charter School teaching methodologies

Responsabilités

• Classroom teaching, part-time and substitute.
• Assisting teachers with classroom management.
• Student academic support and tutoring.
• Assisting with events, labs, and testing.
• Proctoring assessments.
• Monitoring student supervision times and lunch duties.
• Managing study groups and supporting Deans/Directors of Student Affairs.
