Job summary

The New School of San Francisco is seeking Teaching Associates (TAs) to provide assistance and instruction to students in transitional kindergarten and first grade. TAs will work under the supervision of lead teachers, provide one-on-one support, and help maintain an organized classroom environment.

The ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, with a commitment to equitable teaching and a passion for working with diverse learners. Compensation includes an hourly rate starting at $25 and a competitive benefits package.

• Ability to work Monday through Friday from 8am - 4:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and reinforcement for teacher and lessons.
