Job summary

KinderCare in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking a Teacher to implement our curriculum while ensuring a safe, nurturing space for children to learn and grow. You will partner with families and center staff to support enrollment, accreditation, and engagement, building strong connections with parents and the community.

The role emphasizes safe interactions, effective communication in English, and collaboration with licensing authorities and partners to deliver high-quality early childhood education.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service, strong organizational skills, and ability to multi-task.
• Meet state qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain certification.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift at least 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Able to communicate in English with children and parents.
