Job summary

KinderCare is seeking a dedicated Teacher to enhance learning experiences in our classrooms. You will implement KinderCare's curriculum in ways that meet each child's needs, and you will create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.

You will partner with parents to support children's growth, collaborate with center staff to achieve enrollment and engagement goals, and cultivate positive relationships with families, licensing authorities, and community partners.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills.
• Meet state requirements for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and speak English with children and parents.

• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors
• Able to assume postures in low levels to allow physical and visual contact with children, see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity with children
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents in English
