KinderCare in Anchorage, AK is seeking a dedicated care assistant to support teachers in delivering the State Pre-K curriculum. You will help create a safe, nurturing environment where children can explore, learn, and grow under supervision.

You will collaborate with families and center staff to meet enrollment goals, support licensing standards, and engage with the community. Strong customer service, English communication, and teamwork are essential.

Qualificações

• Experience assisting teachers with curriculum implementation and Pre-K requirements.
• Meet state-specific Pre-K guidelines for the role.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

• Partner with parents to ensure the best care and education for their children.
• Support center success by collaborating with staff to achieve enrollment, accreditation and engagement goals.

• Able to assume postures in low levels to allow physical and visual contact with children, see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity with children
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents in English
