Job summary

KinderCare in Kansas City is seeking a Preschool Assistant to support teachers in implementing the curriculum and State Pre-K requirements, creating a safe and nurturing environment where children can play and learn.

You will partner with families and center staff to promote enrollment, accreditation, and engagement while building positive relationships with state licensing authorities and community partners.

Qualifications

• Experience meeting state-specific Pre-K guidelines.
• Read, write, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.

• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents in English
