Job summary

KinderCare in Milpitas, CA is seeking a dedicated Teacher to deliver high-quality early childhood education and support a nurturing classroom that supports each child's growth. You will implement our curriculum in ways that respect each child's needs, foster a safe learning space, and collaborate with families and center staff to drive enrollment, accreditation, and daily engagement.

Strong communication with parents is essential.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
• Meet state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain them
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors
• Read, write, understand and speak English to communicate with children and parents
