We expect our employees to come to work prepared with the tools to teach and a desire to never stop seeking to improve themselves as individuals and as valued members of our family. We also expect our employees to have an unwavering commitment to make a difference, to seek to understand the children within our reach, and a compassionate heart to never give up helping a child reach his or her potential.

We believe every child can learn when properly taught.
