Huntington Learning Center in New York, NY is seeking Part-Time Teacher / Tutor to cover Language Arts, Science, Math, and SAT/ACT prep. You bring content expertise and a professional presence; we handle lesson planning, grading, and assessments while you simply TEACH.

Responsibilities include providing instruction to Huntington students, correcting each student's work (answers provided), and notifying the supervisor of concerns while suggesting program changes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
• Open to a flexible part-time schedule, both in-center and online.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsabilités

• Provide instruction to Huntington students.
• Correct each student's work (answers provided).
• Alert supervisor to any concerns and suggest program changes.
• Participate in all scheduled paid teacher meetings.
• Observe the signing-in and out of each student.
