Role Description:

We are looking for LICSW's, LCSW's, LMHC's or similar who are passionate about teacher mental health and well-being. Teacher Talk therapists are committed to meeting teachers where they are and working collaboratively to support them in reaching their therapeutic goals.

This is a great opportunity for school social workers who are looking to test the waters of private practice or someone who is looking to transition out of the school setting and try something new!

As a Teacher Talk therapist, you will be part of a committed, collaborative, and passionate team. We offer flexibility when it comes to building your caseload, schedule, and availability in this role.

We are looking for therapists licensed in MA, RI, IL, CT or PA.

Job Duties Include:

• Virtual therapy sessions with teachers navigating a variety of mental health challenges including Anxiety, Depression, stress, burnout, and setting healthy boundaries.
• Completion of all documentation relevant to client's case including Initial Assessments, Treatment Plans, and Progress Notes.
• Participate in regular supervision and/or peer consultation meetings with Teacher Talk colleagues

Qualifications

• LICSW, LCSW, LMHC or similar licensure in MA, RI, IL, CT, or PA
• Experience working in schools or with educators and a passion for supporting teachers
• Comfortability with technology and engaging with clients virtually
• Ability to provide therapeutic support remotely
• Flexible schedule- ability to build your own caseload with the number of clients and sessions that works best
• Perks of working from home (100% of Teacher Talk sessions are done via telehealth)
