The Archdiocese of St. Louis seeks dedicated substitutes to maintain educational experiences in classrooms. Substitutes are responsible for maintaining the educational experience and classroom environment in the absence of the regular teacher or aide. This individual must demonstrate familiarity with the curriculum, methods, procedures, schedule, and available resources, and adapt to the specific routines and expectations of various teachers. Substitutes ensure that the classroom runs smoothly, supports children's developmental needs, and upholds the safety and cleanliness of the learning environment.
