Job summary

Hillcrest Educational Centers in Lenox and Pittsfield, MA seeks a Teaching Assistant to support students with diverse needs in a structured, caring classroom.

You will work with teachers and therapists to promote safety, positive behavior, and skill development, with a Monday–Friday schedule 7:30 AM–3:30 PM and hourly compensation of $22.00–$25.25.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Enjoy a consistent weekday schedule that supports work-life balance.

Compensation: $22.00 – $25.25 per hour

Available Locations: Lenox, MA and Pittsfield, MA

Additional earnings opportunities:

• $1,040 raise upon passing the ParaPro Assessment
