POSITION SUMMARY:Under the general direction of the Head Teacher, the Teacher’s Aide works for the YMCA of Greater Hartford and is responsible for on-site activity
leadership, working directly with children. Must enjoy working with children, be a team player, be dependable and possess knowledge of positive behavior management techniques.
Provides a quality experience to children and parents that focuses on the YMCA values: honesty, respect, responsibility, and caring.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $1,000 per year.
