Job summary

YMCA of Central Texas is seeking a part-time Teacher’s Aide at our Round Rock Child Development Center. You’ll support teachers with the daily curriculum and hands-on activities for ages 8 weeks to 5 years.

Shifts are Monday–Friday 1–6pm, with duties including art projects, meals, diaper changes, and songs. A $500 new staff bonus is offered; applicants must be 18+, have a high school diploma, and can pass a background check.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Genuinely interested in a career in early childhood education.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and fingerprinting.

Job description

The YMCA of Central Texas is currently seeking part-time candidates to join us at our Child Development Center in Round Rock as a Teacher’s Aide. You’ll be supporting all of our Teachers as they guide their kids through the daily curriculum.

Here’s what you need to know:

• Available shifts: Monday-Friday 1-6pm
• Our Center works with kids from 8 weeks through 5 years old
• You’ll get to work with all age groups supporting everything including art projects, meals, diaper changing, and song singing
