Job summary

The YMCA of Central Texas is seeking energetic team members to join our after-school program in Belton ISD. This is a part-time role (Monday–Friday, 2:30–6:30pm) where you will lead K–5th graders in engaging activities after school.

We offer $13.00–$15.50 per hour, plus a $510 new staff bonus, a free YMCA membership, tuition assistance, and ongoing professional training. A high school diploma and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma.
• Able to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Positive attitude and willingness to engage with children.

Responsibilities

• Lead groups of kids through activities such as painting, playing, coloring and singing.
• Be available to work Monday–Friday 2:30–6:30pm.
• Help create a safe, fun after-school environment for K–5th graders.

We are looking for outstanding role models to come and help us create a great place for K-5th graders to grow and learn.

We are offering $510 bonus for new staff!

This part-time opportunity requires you to be available Monday - Friday from 2:30-6:30pm. In the summer we transition to an all day program. In exchange for your time and willingness to have fun, we pay between $13 and $15.50 per hour, depending on your experience, and offer a number of great incentives including:
