Job summary

The YMCA of Central Texas is hiring a part-time Teacher's Aide at our Round Rock Child Development Center. You will support teachers as they guide children through daily activities, including art projects, meals, diaper changes, and singing, across ages 8 weeks to 5 years. Shifts are Monday–Friday, 1–6pm.

Minimum 18 years old, HS diploma required, and you must pass a background check and fingerprinting to join our team. A $500 new staff bonus is offered. Address: 1812 N.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age minimum.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Genuinely interested in a career in early childhood education.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and fingerprinting.

Responsibilities

• Support teachers in the daily curriculum and activities.
• Assist with art projects, meals, diaper changes, and songs across all age groups (8 weeks to 5 years).
• Contribute to a safe, nurturing classroom environment.
