Jefferson College is seeking a part-time Teacher’s Aide in Hillsboro, Oregon, responsible for assisting with the care and supervision of children. The role includes preparing materials for activities and supporting light housekeeping tasks.
Applicants must meet Missouri Accreditation requirements, including being at least 18 years old, completing necessary screenings, and participating in early childhood workshops. This position is ideal for early childhood students.
Teacher’s Aide is responsible for assisting with care, supervision and guidance of a group of children (preschool and/or school age), preparing materials for activities, and assisting with light housekeeping duties.
Must meet requirements/standards of Missouri Accreditation and State Licensing to include, but not limited to: at least 18 years of age, complete Family Care Safety Registry Screening, Fingerprinting, Health Physical, completion within one year of 12 clock hours of early childhood related workshops and/or child related college coursework. Early childhood students and students with a completed Child Development class will be given priority.
