Job summary

Learning Care Group in Orlando, FL is seeking a dedicated Teacher to nurture and guide young learners in a licensed childcare environment. You will follow center standards to ensure safety and meaningful daily care for every child.

You will engage families, observe and plan for child development, and participate in ongoing training to support growth and development in a supportive team setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a licensed childcare center or related field.
• Meeting state education requirements for the center.

Responsibilities

• Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure daily care of every child in your classroom.
• Develop your ability to observe, assess, and plan for children, and effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and development topics.
• Implement our proprietary curriculum while creating fun, interactive learning experiences for the children.
