BBF is ensuring academic excellence so every CMSD scholar can thrive.THE OPPORTUNITY:The Welding Instructor will be responsible for the effective training of the Welding curriculum in the classroom and laboratory setting.Responsibilities: Please note this is an in-house training program; students will learn in the classroom and lab space and will practice live welding.Instruct students in welding theory and practice that correspond with most current Ohio Department of Education content standards and procedures of the school districtActively promote safety in lab with emphasis on OSHA standardsSet up and operate welding equipment. Maintain working order of classroom and lab spaceEncourage students to think independently and express individual ideas.Establish and maintain a rigorous and warm classroom cultureEstablish and maintain standards of student behavior needed to provide an orderly and productive classroom environment.Prepare students for Industry Recognized CredentialsSupervise scholars in out-of-classroom activities (eg.
