Job summary

Osseo Area Schools Basswood Elementary in Maple Grove, Minnesota seeks a Grade 5 teacher to inspire and educate scholars. The role involves delivering instruction across curriculum areas, engaging learners with diverse resources, and communicating with families to support student growth.

The position is 1.0 FTE with a start date of August 31, 2026. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s Degree and MN teaching license, with willingness to obtain an Out of Field Permission if needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• MN teaching license in appropriate field or a valid MN teaching license in another field and willing to obtain an Out of Field Permission.
• If not licensed, must be willing and eligible to apply for and receive a Tier 1 or 2 license.
