Job summary

Learning Care Group in Pelham, AL is hiring caring teachers to nurture and educate young children in a licensed childcare setting. You will follow all licensing guidelines, create engaging activities, and contribute to a supportive classroom that values families.

As a Teacher, you will observe and plan for each child, communicate with families, participate in ongoing training, and implement our curriculum to foster growth, curiosity, and a love of learning every day.

Qualifications

• Experience in a licensed childcare center or related field.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and center requirements.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to care for every child in your classroom.
• Develop your ability to observe, assess, and plan for children, and communicate with families effectively.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and development topics.
• Implement our proprietary curriculum while creating fun, interactive learning experiences for the children.
