Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring a Teacher to care for children and support families across our centers in the United States. We emphasize caring, engagement, and creativity, offering benefits, tuition reimbursement, and a Master Teacher Program to help you grow.

As a Teacher you’ll follow licensing guidelines, observe and plan for children, and contribute to a positive learning environment using our curriculum, indoors or outdoors with active participation.

Qualifications

• Experience in a licensed childcare center or related field.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our center requirements.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child in your classroom.
• Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training that provides insight on childcare, preschool and development topics.
• Implement our proprietary curriculum while creating fun, interactive learning experiences for the children.
