Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking dedicated teachers to join our childcare centers where caring for children and families is central to our mission. As a teacher, you’ll follow licensing guidelines, observe and plan for children, and communicate with families to support development.

We offer a supportive, energetic environment with ongoing training, flexible schedules, and opportunities to grow through our Master Teacher Program and credential assistance.

Qualifications

• Experience in a licensed childcare center or related field.
• Ability to meet state education requirements for the center.

Responsibilities

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure daily care of every child in your classroom.
• Develop the ability to observe, assess, and plan for children, and effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and development topics.
• Implement our proprietary curriculum while creating fun, interactive learning experiences for the children.
