Learning Care Group in Pensacola, FL is hiring a Teacher to care for children and support families in a licensed center.

You will follow licensing guidelines, engage children with our curriculum, and collaborate with teammates to create a warm, safe learning environment. This role emphasizes growth, training opportunities, and a path to become a Master Teacher.

Qualifications

• Experience in a licensed childcare center or related field.
• Must meet state education requirements for our center.
• 18+ and able to work indoors/outdoors with children.
• Strong observation, assessment, and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Care for each child following licensing guidelines and center standards.
• Observe, assess, and Plan developmentally appropriate activities.
• Communicate effectively with families about child progress and needs.
