Position Summary

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Teacher - Certified teacher. Teachers promote early childhood education for children and families both in and out of the classroom by providing sound supervision, developmentally appropriate lessons and community outings, and ensuring the health and safety of all children. Teachers develop positive parent relations and encourage parental involvement and the professional growth of classroom associates. Additionally, teachers conduct regular team meetings, attend staff meetings and seek out professional development opportunities to meet the needs of their classrooms. Teachers must document lessons, observations, assessments and all necessary paperwork.

Minimum Qualifications

Salary

NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York state Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $63,653.00–$77,269 annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses, incentive pay, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
