In this role, you help create a safe, caring, and fun space where children can learn and grow. You will teach lessons, support children’s social and emotional development, and help them build skills they need for school. This job is more than daily tasks — it’s a chance to make a real difference in a child’s life and be part of a team that values kindness, teamwork, and learning.

Blessings Children’s Learning Center is open Monday‑Friday 6am-6pm, so there are different scheduling options available.

Why You’ll Love Saint Joseph's Center

At St. Joseph’s Center, you’ll be part of a team that truly makes a difference. Every day, you help children learn, grow, and feel safe. • Join staff meetings to talk about program improvements, lesson plans, child behavior, and family involvement.
  • Use simple technology tools to keep records, track children’s progress, and complete reports as needed.
  • Work with families and outside agencies if a child may need extra support.
  • Help with basic care, including hygiene, meals, and snacks.
  • Work as part of a team with other teachers and staff to support learning and a positive center culture.
What You’ll Get
  • Health & Wellness — Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, plus 24/7 no-cost telehealth for you and your family.
  • Security and Peace of Mind — Company‑paid short‑term disability and life insurance, along with a Healthcare Flexible Spending Account.
  • Balance That Matters — Paid time off and holidays so you can recharge and enjoy life outside of work. Paid Parental leave available after one year of employment.
  • Growth & Future Planning — A 401(k) with company contribution and match, tuition reimbursement, and paid training to keep you moving forward.
  • Extra Perks — Employee referral bonuses, national and local discounts, and access to our Employee Assistance program for counseling, legal, financial, and family support resources.
  • Competitive Wage — Starting at $16.33 /hour, with opportunities for advancement and additional compensation based on experience and responsibilities.
