What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary point of contact for students enrolled in the Philadelphia Virtual Academy (PVA) program
- Communicate effectively with students and parents to help them navigate the PVA system
- Manage a student caseload and monitor academic progress
- Provide 1:1 or small-group academic support to students as needed
- Complete translation projects as assigned

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelors Degree in education or a related field
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish (required); knowledge of Russian or Chinese is a plus
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Clearances (PA Child Abuse, PA Criminal, FBI, TB Screening) current within 12 months
