Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 48 college credits or an associate degree preferred.
• Paraprofessional certification or OSDE CPI certificate required.
• CPR and First Aid certificates required.
• Pass Paraprofessional Credential/WorkKeys and background check.
• Complete Oklahoma Title I Paraprofessional Credential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with instruction and support students individually or in small groups.
• Monitor student progress and assist with classwork and assignments.
• Escort students on district-provided transportation and assist with meals.
• Supervise students in hallways, lunchroom, and during activities.
• Participate in IEP meetings and follow IEP goals and behavior plans.
• Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professional behavior.
