Job summary

Chambliss-Center-For-Children is seeking a Teacher Assistant – Floater to provide support wherever needed across classrooms and age groups. You will help teachers create a safe, caring, and engaging learning environment for children.

The role is based at Pro Re Bona Early Learning Center in Chattanooga, with a Monday–Friday schedule of 12:00 PM–5:30 PM and potential for full-time. Starting pay is $13 per hour, with higher pay for additional experience or education.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Able to pass a fingerprint background check
• Enjoys working with young children

• Able to adjust to different classrooms and situations

Responsibilities

• Help cover teacher and staff breaks throughout the day.
• Provide classroom coverage when staff members are absent.
• Help in classrooms that need extra support.

Location: Pro Re Bona Early Learnng Center, 1707 Dodds Avenue, Chattanooga, TN

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM – 5:30 PM (potential for full-time)

Pay: From $13/hour (no experience required); higher withexperience/education
