Qualifications

• Minimum of sixty (60) academic credit hours from an accredited institution of higher education
• or
• An associate degree (or higher)
• OR
• Item (1) High School Diploma or the equivalent
• AND
• Item (2) Ready to Work Credentials

• * WIN - Copy of WIN Assessment – minimum of Level 3 certification
• * ParaPro - Copy of passing score (minimum 456) on ParaPro, the state approved academic assessment
• Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable
