We seek enthusiastic, adaptable Teacher Assistants (Guides) to support mixed-age classes of Infants, Toddlers, and Preschool children (ages 3-6) in a Montessori setting.
In our Montessori environment, Assistant Teachers prepare a nurturing space that promotes independence and engages children’s interests. Guides provide personalized support through individual and small-group lessons, demonstrating how to use materials and perform activities, while offering precise language to help children understand their experiences.
Children enjoy significant freedom to explore and choose activities, fostering their development of skills, confidence, and self-efficacy.
